Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Overview
This website is operated by NAMSKI LLC ("NAMSKI," "we," "us"). By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this site.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products
We offer physical products, which may include footwear, apparel, accessories, printed matter, and other goods, as well as tickets to exhibitions and events. Many of our products are handcrafted, produced in small runs, or made from natural materials. Variations in texture, grain, tone, finish, and detail are inherent characteristics of such products and are not defects. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of color and detail precisely reflects the physical product.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Limited Edition Products
Certain products are produced in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer and to cancel orders that we reasonably believe are placed for resale purposes. In the event a product is oversold, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or resale activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including a valid email address, which we will use for order and event communications.
In the event of a pricing or descriptive error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue refunds, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
6. Pre-Orders
Products marked as pre-order are charged at the time of purchase and ship within the timeframe stated on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If production timing changes materially, we will notify you by email. Pre-order timelines are estimates based on our production schedule and may be affected by manufacturing or shipping factors outside our control.
7. Shipping and Returns
Shipping and delivery of physical products are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are available on this site and form part of these Terms.
8. Event Admission and Conduct
Tickets grant admission to the specified event, date, and time only. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Events may include immersive performance, live actors, low lighting, strobe or theatrical lighting effects, and mature artistic themes; attendees are responsible for assessing their own suitability to attend. Event programming, timing, and venue are subject to change. Attendees under the age required by the event listing may be refused entry.
9. Attendee Photography
Attendees may take photographs and recordings at events for personal use, provided this is done with respect for the event, its performers, and other attendees. Photography must not intrude upon, interrupt, or interfere with any performance, installation, or staged element, and the use of flash, additional lighting, or professional equipment is not permitted unless expressly authorized. We reserve the right to restrict photography in designated areas or during specific moments of an event.
10. Conduct Toward Performers and Staff
Attendees must not behave in an intrusive, disruptive, or inappropriate manner toward performers, actors, staff, or other attendees, and must not touch, obstruct, or interfere with performers, installations, or any aspect of the event unless invited to do so as part of the experience. Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility to attend future events.
11. Recording by NAMSKI
Photography, filming, and recording may take place at our events. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of resulting documentation in our archival, editorial, and promotional materials, without compensation.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and at our events — including images, text, designs, logos, trademarks, product designs, event formats, and staging — is the property of NAMSKI LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal photography permitted under Section 9 does not grant any commercial rights.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, our products, events, and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAMSKI LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, purchase of products, or attendance at events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or ticket giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAMSKI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this site. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
